Days on Homesnap

It is possible that the Days on Homesnap field will show a different number than the MLS DOM field.  This is because the Days on Homesnap field will include any days a listing was in the Coming Soon status, whereas the MLS DOM field will only include days it was Active.  There could be up to a 14 day difference between these two fields (since the Coming Soon period can be up to 14 days long).

That being said, you will see both figures on the listing.

Days on Homesnap appears at the top of the listing:

The MLS DOM field appears a bit further down, in the Confidential Data section:

Both calculations are relevant, which is why both of them display.  The Days on Homesnap figure gives a true indication of how long consumers have been exposed the listing, since SmartMLS syndicates Coming Soon listings to Homesnap as soon as they are saved on the MLS as Coming Soon.  The MLS DOM figure shows how long the listing has been active on the market and available for showings, offers, etc.
