Agent's active and off market listings are showing in Homesnap

If an agent has listed the same property multiple times, it is normal for Homesnap to show both currently active and recently off market listings.  Active, Off Market (canceled, expired) and Closed listings are displayed in agents' deal flows as well as in the Homesnap app.  Once the list date for an off market listing reaches 24 months past, it will drop off their deal flow.
